Unistar-Sparco Computers, Inc. warrants the quality of its products. All items we provide are clear and free from any defects in material and workmanship. All products conform to the published specifications, representations, and uses for which each item is marketed. Any items found to be defective shall be repaired and/or replaced with an item of equivalent or superior quality without any additional cost.

Customer satisfaction is our number one goal. Should the product be defective in either workmanship or performance, including not performing up to standards, missing parts, or even being dead on arrival (DOA), we work on behalf of the customer to repair, replace, or return the product. Unistar-Sparco Computers, Inc. ensures all products received meet the expectations of its customers.

All items offered under the Texas DIR contract carry the standard manufacturer's warranty. When applicable, on-site warranty services are performed at the Agency's site where the equipment requiring service is located. Additional warranty coverage is available and offered as an optional item.
