our newest partner, SECNAP Network Security. SECNAP is a leading

SECNAP's SpammerTrap email security appliance stops spam, viruses and

Microsoft Across America Truck & Sparco.com Open House Event
Unistar-Sparco Computers, Inc. dba Sparco.com is proud to host the Microsoft Across America Truck. At the same time, they will be having their Open House
on Dec. 5th, 2007 from 11:00am to 3:00pm. The event will take place at Unistar-Sparco Computers, Inc.’s headquarters located at 7089 Ryburn Drive in Millington,
Tennessee 38053.
The Microsoft Across America Truck, a 42 foot technology showroom on wheels, will be the highlight of the event. The Microsoft truck is fully loaded with the
latest technology solutions from some of the IT industry’s leading manufacturers. The technologies on hand will be from manufacturers such as HP, Intel,
Cisco and Microsoft. The fully interactive showroom will feature hands-on demonstrations of how these technology solutions can help businesses run more
efficiently and effectively.
In addition to visiting the Microsoft truck, Unistar-Sparco Computers, Inc. invites all attendees to take a tour of their facilities. The tour will grant
the attendees the opportunity to see more of the IT solutions that Sparco.com has to offer. Unistar-Sparco will also be demonstrating some of the many
technologies they supply to their customers worldwide. Food and beverages will be served throughout the day. Several drawings will be held for IT related
prizes, including one grand prize that will be awarded at the close of the event.

In keeping with our tradition to bring the latest cutting-edge IT solutions to our customers, Unistar-Sparco Computers, Inc. has become a VMware Enterprise Partner.
We are very excited about this partnership, as it will enable us to offer our customers a Virtual Infrastructure solution for their operating system.

For the first time ever, Unistar-Sparco Computers, Inc. has the opportunity to meet with our valued customers at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. It will be our privilege to exhibit at
the WPAFB Technology Expo next Tuesday, August 7th. The Expo will take place in the Ballroom of the Hope Hotel and Conference Center in Dayton, Ohio.

and ranks the top IT Solution Providers, Integrators and Services companies based on the company's gross revenue, business practices, and performance from the
previous year. 2007 marks the first year that Unistar-Sparco Computers, Inc. has been included in the Top 500.

Sparco.com and Ingram Micro Present Their 2nd Annual Technology Fair.
Once again, Unistar-Sparco Computers, Inc. will come together with the world's largest IT Distributor, Ingram Micro, to host their 2nd Annual Technology Fair.
The theme of the evening is, "An Afternoon In Paris." The event will feature French wine tasting and French cuisine.
We will also have various French street performers providing entertainment.
This exciting event will take place at the beautiful Botanical Gardens in East Memphis on Wednesday July 25th.
We will start at 3:00 pm with registration. Following this, leaders in the field of technology will share with us the future of IT.
They will present the newest technologies during individual presentations. After this portion of the evening, the manufacturers will
also provide tabletop displays, during which our customers will have the opportunity to interact one-on-one with these leaders in technology.
We are proud to announce the manufacturers that will be presenting are Lexmark, IBM, Cisco, Canon, and others.

BladeCenter Server Solution Program Membership, and Premier Level Partnership
Unistar-Sparco Computers, Inc. is proud to announce that we have achieved the Premier Level with IBM's PartnerWorld.
We have been endeavoring to excel in several avenues in order to achieve this level of partnership.
Since the beginning of the year, the members of the Sparco team have been diligently working on, "certifications,
solutions, revenue achievement, high customer satisfaction, and joint marketing plans," in order to reach the Premier Level.
Beginning as a general member of IBM's PartnerWorld, we worked our way up to the Premier Level. It was our goal, in working

UNISTAR-SPARCO COMPUTERS, INC. Sponsors Comcast's Firecracker 5K Event for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital
We at Unistar-Sparco Computers, Inc. are proud to announce that we are a corporate sponsor of Comcast's 9th Annual Firecracker 5K Event for St. Jude.
This is a 5K race to raise money for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. The race will take place on Tuesday July 3rd at 7:00 pm. It will begin and
end at the Racquet Club in East Memphis. In support of our corporate sponsorship, 15 members of the Sparco.com team will be participating in the event.
St. Jude is a children's research hospital located in Memphis, Tennessee. Founded by Danny Thomas in 1962, St. Jude strives to discover cures and
advancements in medicines for children with cancer and other catastrophic diseases. St. Jude accepts patients for treatment, irregardless of the
family's race, religion, or ability to pay. Although the hospital is located in our community, the medical staff and researchers have cared for
