Hours of OperationOrders can be placed from Sparco.com's home page 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Phone hours are 8:00AM-6:30PM CST Mon-Fri. We try to ship orders the same day they are placed; however, all orders confirmed and verified after 3PM CST may be shipped out the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, will be ship on the following Monday. Competitive PricingWe offer very competitive pricing on all our products. If you see a product advertised for less elsewhere, please let us know and we will try to match or beat any advertised price. * * Excludes clearance and end-of-life products. International OrdersWe do accept orders from International customers. However due to an alarming increase in use of stolen credit cards, all new international customers are subject to a credit verfication process. This process may take up to 4 days to complete. We have to communicate with your bank to make sure that the credit card is being used by the original card holder. Some banks take longer than others to respond. If you are in a hurry to get the order shipped then you can fax us a legible copy of your credit card, front and back, with a copy of some identification. This will help us expedite your order but does not guarantee immediate shipment as sometimes we are required to get further verification. If you have bought from Sparco.com in the past then you are not subject to these checks. Please indicate this by putting the words "Repeat Customer" in the special instructions section of your order. Please check our policies for returns and refusals. Note: Customers are responsible for paying all duties and taxes for international orders. For more information, please click here Placing OrdersPlacing orders has never been easier. First search for the product you are looking for. Then add the product to your shopping basket. After you have found and added all the products you need, simply checkout and fill out the shipping and billing information on the order form. Please note that if you are using certain versions of Netscape for Linux, then you may experience problems with popup menu's, especially if you select a 'More...', then select an item on the next page of options, and finally attempt to type into a text entry field. This causes Netscape to 'lock-up' the text entry fields until you click on any other open window, then come back to Netscape, which, will now be 'unlocked'. This effect may be avoided by simply filling out any text entry fields first, then selecting the options from any drop down boxes. We make all the product literature we have available through our web server. If you still have questions, please check with the manufacturer first as they are in a position to better answer your questions. Payment MethodsSparco.com accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. We accept Purchase Orders with net terms from educational and government institutions and Fortune 1000 companies. Payments can also be mailed to Sparco.com's mailing address, in the form of company check, cashier's check, bank draft or money order, drawn in US currency only. All non-certified checks must be cleared with our bank before the order will be released. There is a $30.00 processing fee for each returned check. New Net-30 accounts must be set up by calling or emailing us and requesting a business profile form. This form will be faxed to you.
