I want you to know that your employee, Richard Young, is one of the nicest, most helpful, and professional people I have ever spoken with. We have ordered many items from you over the last 2 years, and he always gets us the merchandise very quickly.



Additionally, we found that the printer N2000, is no longer available through Canon. So getting the accessories was difficult. Mr. Young had to do some research to find these parts. When he finally found the parts, the descriptions were not clear so, we initially ordered the additional paper trays, and then realized we needed the paper feed to go with it. When the paper feed arrived it came with its own paper tray! So that is why I am so glad we can return these two that are still in the original boxes.



Mr. Young was has been very helpful in finding items and getting them to us.

Many thanks for the great service. I ordered M08133-159 on Thursday morning, Japan time, and by Sunday morning, Japan time, the box was in my hot little hands. By Sunday lunchtime the software and hardware were installed and running. And this was in spite of a massive disruption to the air services caused by the NorthEast blackout! Many thanks to Scott for this prompt service - it takes me twice as long as that to get my orders fulfilled by domestic suppliers!

I would just like to write a letter of thanks to your representative Richard who went over and above the call of duty to assist us with a problem. Our DSL service went down on Wednesday, and our ISP could not get out to make a service call until Monday. The lines were tested the loops were tested, and we needed a service call to test the modem and our internal lines. We are a Small Business, with a number of Government contracts, and as we were searching for a way to resolve our problem prior to Monday, I ran across your site on Friday and determined that you carried our modem for almost 1/2 the price that our ISP was charging. I asked Richard if we could have it shipped for Saturday delivery, and proceeded to give all of my information for credit card verification. I inadvertently gave the wrong PO Box number to him, and he called until he was able to get me to verify the information again, and then called back when it was shipped.



We received our modem this morning, well packed and on time and we are up and running by noon today, saving valuable time for a deadline that we are working on for Tuesday. He saved the day for us, and I would just like to thank him and the Sparco team for the excellent service and the professionalism that I experienced during this transaction.



We will definitely be back! On occasion, we require equipment for some of our government contracts, and I plan on forwarding the Sparco information to the rest of our team for consideration on future contracts.

Before my recent first order, I had never heard of Sparco. I found them through a web search for product I was interested in. While at their site I discovered another item I had been fruitlessly looking for from a manufacturer who went out of business a few months before. Not only did Sparco have what I could not find anywhere else, but they had over 15,000 of them in stock and at a substantially lower price than I expected to pay. I ordered it and it arrived sooner than I expected two days later. The biggest praise I can give to Sparco, though, is the format of their online catalog. It stays away from gimmicks, annoying ads, and obscure multiple page levels and is exceedingly easy to use. Registering, ordering and tracking my order (way to go on that score, it was nice to know exactly when my package would arrive) was a pure pleasure. As should happen when people do a good job I am recommending Sparco as a prime source to my purchasing staff and to all my collegues. Sparco does business like business should be done.

Since first ordering from Sparco.com several years ago, I have been consistently
impressed by your company. Here are some of the reasons:

Pricing at Sparco is competitive with pricing from any other vendor,
and more often than not, better than any competitor.

The selection is all-inclusive. The software offerings alone are absolutely
the best (and the fact that Sparco posts and updates the availability
of products by date and warehouse make planning easier).

I have never even been put on hold when calling the Sparco toll-free
number. And, most importantly, the Customer Service representatives are
both friendly and knowledgeable. When there was a minor glitch, on
my side (the client side) in accessing my Invoice online, I was transferrred
to the System Administrator, himself, who solved the problem (Wow!).

I found an item that I thought was what I wanted but the description was unclear. I emailed them
a question and they responded quickly saying the item was as I thought. However, when it arrived
it was not as I had been led to believe. When I called them, they said they had responded to my
inquiry incorrectly, but offered to 1) have UPS pickup the incorrect product at their expense and 2)
ship me what I thought I had ordered at no increase in price. The replacements came today and
work fine. A big thumbs up to Sparco!

I was looking for a great price on a digital camera and found that sparco had the lowest price of the 'thumbs-up' rated companies. I was a bit leary about placing an online order, so I called and phoned it in. The sales person was curteous and promised that I would have the camera in my hands in two days (using 2nd day delivery). Needless to say, it was. My only disapointment was when the bill arived 2 weeks later and the price was $63.00 HIGHER than quoted.. One call to Mr. Perez and 20 min's later my credit card was credited the differance..

I found your company using NexTag when I wanted to buy a digital camera. After your company agreed to sell me the camera, I thought I would have to wait 3 days or more to have the order approved, and about 2 weeks more for receipt of the item. I found you confirmed the order the SAME DAY, and ended up shipping the item the day before Thanksgiving. UPS picked it up Thanksgiving Day in the early morning, and it is currently waiting on the dock to be delivered tomorrow. That's 1 week to the day from order placement online to receipt of product, and during a holiday week where the holiday lands on a Thursday. I wanted to order a CompactFlash card for it, but your web site said you were out, so I made the mistake of ordering from another company. I was told this afternoon via email that their web site's quantity was wrong, and that they had none in stock and don't expect them back in until the middle of December. I then called and talked to Kevin, and he not only helped me by ordering the CompactFlash card I needed, but also he gave me the UPS Tracking number for my camera. He was not only helpfull, but a real lifesaver. Now I know I will have both my digital camera and the 32meg CompactFlash I need to take pictures when I leave to see my family for the holidays. It appears I may have messed this part up, just in case you didn't get the first comment field, here's another. Recap: I spoke with an Amilia or Emilia on the phone, who was very helpful. I will be forwarding a letterhead from my son's school within the next week or so. I neglected to mention that my son retain's his mother's maiden name. Will this present a problem? Please advise. If so, I can change the billing info to her name and we can pay w/her credit card. I'd also like to say again that my whole experience, both on the phone and internet, was pleasant and helpful. Your site is much easier to navigate than other sites that offer similiar products. Keep it up!

I believe you're the supervisor of Johnny Ngo, who has been dealing with my Psion shipment. I wanted to let you know that Mr. Ngo has been a real pleasure to deal with: efficient, professional, and absolutely courteous.

I order a lot of things on the telephone, and many times the service is not worth it. But Mr. Ngo made the entire transaction effortless, and made sure everything was done to perfection. I just wanted to say how much I appreciate your services. I went on the web site today to monitor the progress of my order and found that it had shipped the same day I ordered it! :) And, when I called your offices (with the 800 # provided in the email below) I was helped almost immediately by Eduardo (I hope I spelled that correctly). He helped me figure out how to use the web site better and how to modify and change my account information. In addition, since I'm a consultant and purchase things for my clients, he was extremely helpful in letting me know about the other products your company offers. You should hang on to him! In addition, I have to say I was very impressed that I wasn't on hold at all when I called. That is so unusual in today's retail/internet climate that I thought you should know that you are all doing a wonderful job! Sparco.com has become one of my favorite vendor sites!

I want to take this opportunity to Thank all of you for your "Wonderful" customer service. My first order was on back order for a month, but one of the gentlemen at Sparco called me to see if I still wanted all of the items. As it turned out, I did not need the CD-ROM drive that I ordered.

The fact that he (he had a foreign accent) took the time to call as opposed to just sending the order, this made a lasting impression on me. It says that Sparco and its representatives are conscientious and do a fantastic job.

Real-time inventory and order status are helpful

This is my first experience with you. I want to let you know that I am impressed with two services you offer that add a lot of value to me:

1) The real-time inventory report that also shows which warehouses are in stock
2) The real-time order status report that includes detailed information such as who shipped it, from which warehouse, and when.

Both of these services are very helpful and improve the on-line shopping experience dramatically.

On Friday afternoon, I'd half -heartedly placed an order with Sparco, expecting to receive notice that the item was not available. Immediately, I received a phone call from a customer service representative to inform me that the order wil be shipped out, but not until Monday. My response:
